Return, Refund and Cancellation policy:
- At Jagmag lights, we are committed to customer satisfaction. However, we do not accept any returns unless you receive a damaged/broken product.
- In the case of a damaged/broken piece, kindly email us with your order id and supporting pictures to sales@jagmaglights.com within 48 hours of you receiving the product.
- Once we receive your email request, we will deliver you all the damaged parts requested.
- In case the entire product is damaged, we will replace it, no questions asked.
- In the case of non-availability of the product your refund for the same will be initiated once we receive & verify the damaged product to our warehouse. Refund will be initiated in 3-5 working days.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly packaged in original packing, invoice and should be in new condition.
- An order cannot be cancelled once confirmed. However, you can modify your order by ordering another one of same or higher value within 24 hours provided the order has not been shipped. For order modifications kindly write us on sales@jagmaglights.com.
Delivery Time and Process
Usually processing and shipping to any place of India takes 10-12 business days. But it may be delayed due to covid-19 situation.
Once we’ve received the order confirmation, we process and ship your product within 4-6 business days, With the help of our 15 + shipping partners we are able to provide door to door delivery within 7 working days at pan India level.
